HELP!! SHOULD I BE DOING THIS TO MYSELF , I FEEL SO WEAK. ( WEIGHT LOSS )?

Hi my name is *jessica* im 12 years old i weigh 120 pounds im under 5 feet and all my friends are skinny. i don’t have low self esteem or any thing like that but i would like to lose 20 pounds and be 100. i feel sick as my body cant’ manage to carry around this fat no longer i love to excersize but my mom sold our tread mill because were going overseas.i lost weight fast and crazy on the tread mill but im homeschooled and don’t tell me to talk about it with my mom because all she will do is laugh and tease me. my sister weighs 130 pounds my mom 232 pounds. i am afraid im becoming like them ( my mom is very abusive ). what can i drink to lose weight fast.

    seriously this girl is amazing… i lost weight doing these exercises at home! you don’t need any equipment and they’re actually really fun to do, i personally enjoy them much more than working out at the gym or walking…

    Have a real close kook at what you eat, you will find that is 90% of your problem. I desert spoon of extra virgin coconut oil per day will begin to take the weight off.

    Oh gosh…Your only 12 and you think you got it bad…Your no where near fat just do a couple of sit ups and jumping jacks and badaboom there you go!..how hard was that.
