What's best free diet/exercise plan for weight loss?

I’m not overweight, but i’m gaining some weight that I really don’t need (from bad eating habits). So what are some good diet plans/ exercise plans for weight loss that are online? For free!!!

    I’ve been yo-yo dieting for 20+ years and I can tell you with confidence that the best free plan is:

    Eat less and move more. It’s that simple. It’s the only thing that works for life.

    get rid of your bad eating habits, and walk/run a few miles a day. maybe do some light lifting or yoga

    okay so fallow these 3 rulz and they will get u far
    1 do not eat any sugar
    2 nothing to drink but water
    3 workout for 30 min 5 days a week
    it worked 4 me i lost ten lbs in two weeks
