How I lost 100 pounds (pics)?

I did lose 100 pounds in 2 years. About 5 years ago, I was married to an abusive husband. Any abuse you can imagine, I suffered, including being force fed. It made me go from 117 lbs to 200 lbs. I lost weight quickly after divorce. I was a student at a large university, so I walked at least a total of at least 30 minutes a day fast paced. I also changed to a vegetarian diet. Now, most importantly, my blood pressure is excellent, and my cholesterol is very low. I will advise this is ALL I did. I also led quite an unhealthy lifestyle because of the mental conditions I suffered after divorce, and that included binge drinking almost every day. I have resolved my alcoholism and I am being treated for my mental disorders now by a psychiatrist. But I did lose a ton of weight. It will ALWAYS include lifestyle changes like I did, including changing your diet and excessive. I did lose a good amount of my bones, because I would lose weight quickly in short amounts of time. The point of my story is please, do not take diet pills! They are dangerous and have been linked to heart disease. There are also a lot of free trial scams involving weight loss pills that are ineffective, like acai berry pills. There is no magic pill. You must exercise a normal amount and change your diet. It can be done. Trust me, if I can do it, anyone can do it. Please keep your goals reasonable. You may not want to lose as much weight as I did, so my lifestyle choice may not be for everyone, and ALWAYS consult your healthcare professional before starting any weight loss program. Many times, your doctor will give you a weight loss plan suitable for you!

Good point. Your HDL should be higher than your LDL, so check these levels with your doctor!
Lady A<3, That was a GREAT move to get a plan from your doctor! As far as my specific diet, I just ate what I wanted, but left out the animal products. For example, a lot of times I ate special K with soy milk for breakfast. A good lunch option is something that has lots of green veggies, like asparagus. I ate a lot of rice too. I also made a LOT of tacos with black beans, rice, salsa and either real milk cheese, or soy cheese. That’ll be up to you, but I think the food I ate was fantastic! I also ate a lot of spinach lasagna!
BTW my favorite food of all times is still TOFURKY! YUM! You can also eat dark chocolate bars, like 1 a day. I would split it in two and eat it at different times. But just eat a lot of veggies. Even if it’s just veggie from a can and wild rice. Thats really the main things I ate every day that I’ve listed! and Lady A<3 thanks for your words of encouragement, you can do it too, I KNOW you can if I did! I lost 25 pounds the first month!
Oh, and please don’t forget to cut out those yucky full calorie pops! It’s best to switch to water, but if you gotta have pop, get diet!

What are some good weight loss pills, that work good?

I am 15 and I make 16 on June 26. I am 5′10" and I weigh about 275lbs. I need to know If it was alright to use any weight loss pill to lose enough weight just to reach my target weight of 175-200lbs. I need to loose enough weight to get in shape to do alot of stuff in school next year in JROTC. After I loose the weight I would be used to exercising and eating right so I would not gain the weight back, well not all of it. Plus since I found out that I could lose up to 5lbs in one day just by walking on the tread mill for 1 hour about how much would i lose if i were using weight loss pills? I somewhat exercise now I just need a little boost loosing it faster thats all.
