If you are trying to lose weight, but you really think you are beautiful just a way you are, you need to learn how stay overweight forever.
1. Don’t Try To Overcome Emotional Eating
Always eat when you upset or unsatisfied. Never think about alternative activities and don’t ask professional.
2. Follow super-strict diet
You can choose the most strict diet of all and never be mistaken. Cut out the entire food groups. Eat only one food type. Don’t eat at all. Everything will work to your advantage of not losing weight.
3. Cut Back On a Lot of Calories
Our metabolism slows down when we cut too much calories out of our diet. It’s very smart thing to do to put your metabolism in starvation mode, because then it will be really hard to speed it up again.
4. Never Talk to Anybody
Don’t ask anybody how did they lose weight. People might have darn good ideas about weight loss. Don’t join any weight loss forums, any community weight loss programs. Keep it cool – you don’t need smart ass advices – they might help you to get in shape.
5. Don’t Eat Breakfast.
Remember, breakfast is the most important meal. It will certainly speed up your metabolism. If you don’t eat healthy breakfast, you will get really hungry and overeat later in day time.
6. Unrealistic Goals – This Is What You Need
Do you think that you can lose 20 pounds in one week? Great! By the end of the week, you will be disappointed enough to stop your weight loss efforts.
7. Weigh Yourself Every Day.
Can you imaging weighing yourself everyday and see number coming down slow or even coming up? Keep your scales in your bedroom, so you can set your mood for all day ahead!
8. Overdo Exercises
Exercise too much too fast. You will not lose any weight this way, but even can get in risk of burnout and injuries.
9. Swear Off Your Favorite Foods
You think you can swear off foods you love. Good for you! Going frustrated and giving up you diet entirely, is the best way to stay fat for the rest of your life. The best dieters who never reach their goals in weight loss never keep things in moderation.
10. Never Buy Any Dietary Supplements
Don’t trust herbal supplements, because they may actually too good for you. Most of dietary supplements don’t work fast, why waste your time and money? What if you lose weigtht?
