I’m a little overweight and I need to lose between 10 – 20 pounds, what are some really good programs. A lot of weight loss sites charge for membership. I rather try out the program first before I pay my hard earned money. And suggestions?

can anyone give me a link for free weight loss plans online my cousin is a little overweight and I am trying to help her she needs something she can personalize that will tell her exactly how to exercise and stuff, thanks!
